A few weeks ago I shared a few of the most popular runway trends on Instagram stories and people voted on the ones I should try to find at thrift stores. Among those were capes. I was at the Village Discount Outlet recently when I spotted this purple vintage cape. I joked that it’s like if The Count from Sesame Street met Barney. I took her out for a spin and styled it with an all black ensemble, including a velvet bell sleeve top and my vintage Dior saddle bag.
This is definitely a favorite find and for $15, I couldn’t pass it up!
