If you’ve followed this blog for seven years or seven seconds, it’s not hard to see I’m a thrift enthusiast. I love the thrill of shuffling through racks to find my next treasure. But I also love browsing through virtual racks from the comfort of my couch, that’s why I’m loving all of the new online thrift stores that are popping up lately.
I recently tried reStitch.com, an online initiative of Goodwill of North Central Wisconsin. reStitch carries hundreds of items ranging from sizes 0-34, including maternity, juniors, and misses. Proceeds go back to Goodwill to support their job and human services programs.
Since my clothing options have been a little limited lately as I round out my pregnancy, I knew exactly what I was looking for: vests for layering (I get hot easily!) and a simple maternity top. The leopard print vest is Charter Club and was only $5.99 and the Simply Vera vest was brand new with tags attached for $18.99. Stylish maternity clothing is hard to come by, especially at a bargain. It didn’t take me long to find exactly what I had in mind and ended up ordering a simple purple top from a Pea in a Pod for $3.99. Free shipping over $25 and delivery was lightening fast.
Now get comfy and hop on reStitch.com to find your next treasure!
