Welcome back to the third prompt of the 12 Months of Thrifting challenge. Last month we focused on thrifting vases and this month we’re thrifting glassware and mugs.

Rainbow Dress

Between the pandemic and winter pregnancy, getting dressed has been uninspiring, to say the least. So I forced myself to snap out of my winter maternity style funk and wear the happiest thing I own; a rainbow sweater dress and thrifted green wool coat.

Thrift Find: Vintage Colorful Sweater

Freezing outside but always inside the thrift store. Also, 8 year old Dina would approve of this sweater.

Did you wear wild things as a kid? I had the quirkiest style as a 7 and 8 year old. I used to love neon, vests, and matching my socks to my turtlenecks. Truthfully, not much has changed

Spotted this sweater at the Goodwill in Cuyahoga Falls.

Rainbow Vase Collection

My “pandemic project” is complete!

My antsy mind needed a colorful creative outlet over the summer after coming out of lockdown so I decided to fill this space in my kitchen with a rainbow!

The rules I set for myself : don’t spend more than $1 on each and I had to stop buying once this space was filled.

Test Tube Flower Vase

We’ve been talking all about thrifting vases for this month’s 12 Months of Thrifting theme and this was a project that just kept evolving. It started when I was looking for a creative way to display succulents, then I spotted these tube things at an antique store (which came from a doctor’s office).
