Weekly Meal Plan Ideas – Dinner

Dinner Ideas:
• Lemon pepper grilled chicken with baked kale and quinoa rice mix.
• Pan-roasted flank steak with sautéed peppers and oven-roasted sweet potatoes (a piece of flank steak is usually enough for two meals so we won’t cook the whole piece at once).
• Shrimp stir-fry with angel hair pasta
• Flank steak salad with chick peas
• Chicken tacos with avocado and tomato salsa
