Seafoam Green & Cherry Red

I’ve been on the hunt for a seafoam green top from the thrift store. I knew I’d find one at a second hand shop because this is definitely a shade I’ve seen quite a few grandmothers wear over the years. I found the exact shade I was looking for at the American Cancer Society Discovery Shop  when they were having a $2 sale the same day I got these pants.  In my previous post about this color, I had plans to wear it with lace, pinks, and yellow but for some reason all I could think of was pops of red when I actually wore the blouse.

I try to incorporate at least one thrifted piece in an outfit everyday but jeans are the one thing I have no problems splurging on. They are truly an investment and I’ve found only quality jeans fit properly. I’ve owned the same pair of Seven For All Mankind jeans since 2004 (not the pair featured here) However, by splurging, I mean finding a pair of designer denim on mega sale + gift cards + coupons = a pair I’ll own for the next 7 years (unless of course the Oreo Mcflurries catch up with me)
