We shop on Amazon a lot. In fact, my husband joked a few years ago that the two best decisions we made that year were getting married and purchasing Amazon prime. As the year begins to wrap up and with the holidays right around the corner, I wanted to share some of our favorite everyday items to inspire your lists.
Health & Beauty
–Nivea Essentially Enriched Lotion. It’s kind of convenient when you and your spouse use the same beauty products! My husband and I swear by Nivea Essentially Enriched lotion. You can find it in the stores, but we love the add-on item option and always throw a couple bottles in our cart when we’re making a purchase over $25.
–Yes to Tomatoes face wash: another beauty item my husband and I share. We like to throw in the add-on item when we can.
–St. Ives Collagen lotion: I’ve been using this face lotion for over 10 years. I like to buy them in bulk on Amazon. Also another great add-on feature if you only want to buy one. I’ve found it’s becoming harder and harder to find these at local drugstores lately.
–Luxe Bidet: we’re gonna go there, folks. I grew up using bidets in the Middle East. If you don’t have a bidet, get one. You will thank me later.
–Wella Enrich shampoo & conditioner: this is such an affordable option for two HUGE bottles! This lasts me over six months.
–Maybe you touched your genitals hand sanitizer: I mean come on, this is funny.
Clothing & Fashion
With prime shipping and free returns, Amazon is my absolute go-to when it comes to online shopping. Here’s what I loved in 2017:
–Shein Color Block dress. This fit true to size and I even wore it early in my pregnancy. See how I wore it here.
–Shein oversized ruffle blouse. Cute, trendy top.
–Kids lemon dress: I bought this for my niece and it’s absolutely adorable!
–Pink moto jacket: I love this jacket, it runs small. See how I wore it here.
–Cold shoulder top: Get this! It’s so comfy and practical. Fits true to size, maybe even runs a tiny bit large.
–Shein off the shoulder stripe top: runs a bit small but such a cute summer top. See how I wore it here.
–Bandage v-neck tee: such a great simple tee. See how I wore it here.
Electronics & Gadgets
-PopSockets: we totally jumped on the PopSocket trend for our phones and love them. I got the rose gold.
–Caseology iPhone case in rose gold: best phone case I’ve had in a while.
–iPhone screen protectors: these work great!
-Amazon basics Apple USB cords: I’m convinced my husband eats these. We’ve ordered dozens of these over the years. It’s a household staple.
–Logitech Wireless Keyboard: great wireless keyboard for your desktop computer
–Canon 50mm f/1.8 lens: the lens behind all of my blog photos!
–Phone USB and memory card reader: A blogger must have! Simply plug this into your phone or iPad, pop your camera’s memory card into it and all of your photos will load on your iPhone. It’s my favorite way to load pictures for Instagram without having to upload them to my computer and then send them to myself.
Home Decor & Household Items
–Montego curtain panels in white: I did a lot of shopping for our new home this year. Some of it was hit or miss, these were an absolute gem!
–Extra long curtain rod (144-240 inches): you won’t believe how hard it was to find an affordable extra long curtain rod for our windows. This was the most affordable option I could find online and they are fantastic.
–Window frost: our front door needed a little privacy and this inexpensive option did the trick. I applied it myself in less than 20 minutes and it’s held up well for months.
-Eames chairs: absolutely love these in our kitchen. See them in our home here.
–Spice drawer organizer: you guys! It’s the simple things in life. Nothing makes my blood boil quite like an unorganized spice cabinet. This spice drawer organizer has changed our cooking routine and brought my blood pressure down significantly.
-Contagious by Jonah Berger: I recommend this book to anyone in communications, marketing, PR or blogging.
-The Things You Can See Only When You Slow Down: put this on your holiday list for everyone you know! See my post on it here.
