When I invited my girlfriends/models over for their first GoodStyle Fashion Show fitting I had no intentions of attempting a Downton Abbey inspired tea party or “luncheon” as they say in the series. I pulled out my new lace curtain panel to use as table cloth, bought some fresh flowers, boiled some hot water, and before you knew it, it felt like we were sipping tea in the library with the Maggie Smith. I put out some granola, yogurt, and fresh fruit so the girls could build their own parfaits, in addition to rice cakes and jam while Sarah Vaughn played on the record player. All we needed was a handsome footman to serve the tea.
