Easy Crusty Bread

My mom, the best cook and baker I know has been baking homemade fluffy pita bread since I was a child. The aroma filled the entire house you could smell from the driveway. I’m still in the process of  learning all of her secrets, but I have learned that baking bread isn’t as half as intimidating as I thought.  Shanie found this recipe for the easiest crusty bread you can find. The coolest thing about this recipe is that you let the bread rise in the fridge for up to five days, so you can imagine how quickly I was trying to snap these photos because the bread was warm and fresh, all I wanted to do was spread butta all over it!  This bread was absolutely amazing. It tasted like the Italian bread most restaurants bring out before your food, and let me tell you it was even better. Click READ MORE to get the recipe and see more photos.
