Making a few modifications to my diet meant I had to be a little more creative when it came to snacks. I made this recipe up as I went along grabbing every herb, spice, and bean in my pantry. The result was a tasty, juicy, and flavorful bean dip. This makes a lot of dip, so if you're dippin' for one, cut this recipe in half.
What you need:
1 can chick peas
1 can kidney beans
1 can black eyed peas
1 can white beans
1 can lima beans
1 can pitted black olives
Herbs and spices. Modify all of the following to taste.
Garlic powder
Salt
Black pepper
Parsley flakes
Seasoned salt
Italian seasoning
Herb d'provence
Onion powder
Dried crushed mint leaves
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
What you need to do:
Drain beans and olives and place in a deep bowlMix all herbs, spices, oil, and lemon juice in a mason jar and shake very well.
Pour over beans and mix well.

Bean dip is my favorite! Well, one of my favorites. This looks like a great version - I will have to try it!!
