I pulled this NOTO dress out of summer storage a couple of months ago with the intentions to "winterize" it and forgot all about it until we were hit with 63 degree weather in January. I guess the title of this post is indeed a little misleading considering this dress wasn't worn in true NE Ohio winter weather fashion. Regardless, this is one of my favorite dresses especially because you can easily get away with wearing it backwards too.
