My sister wanted to give something practical and useful as a wedding favor so she decided on this delicious Curried Lentil Soup recipe. If you read this post on the traditional Middle Eastern lentil soup recipe that I learned from my mom, you already know that I love lentil soups, but the curry in this recipe really takes things up a notch. This soup is such a wonderful comfort food and is very filling. I recommend it whether you're thinking of giving it away as a favor or not!
